ActionAid is looking for teams of young Thai filmmakers to make documentaries about the lives of Moken sea gypsies.

> Teams of up to 3 people aged 18-25 years old.
> Three teams will be selected to receive production budgets of 20,000 baht and will spend 7 days living with Moken communities and filming their documentaries.
> The documentaries will be shown at a theatre in Bangkok and an open-air venue in Ranong.

Community Rights in Natural Resource Management

Changes have taken place such that community rights have gained more profound recognition under articles 46, 56 and 79 of the National Constitution, as promulgated in 1997. For the first time, the Constitution has recognized community rights and supported the use of community traditions in natural resource management in a tangible and creative manner.
